Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Houscade you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Houscade is software for interior-design and architecture studios to create proposals, BOQs, quotations, invoices, and to manage projects, clients, and (where applicable) managed properties. We may update or change features over time.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and your team members' accounts.
• You must be authorised to act for the studio you register.

4. Your content & your clients' data

You retain ownership of the content and data you put into Houscade. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload personal data about your clients, leads, and property owners, and for honouring their rights. For that data, you are the data fiduciary/controller and we act as your processor, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• No attempts to break security, access other studios' data, or disrupt the service.
• No reselling or reverse-engineering the service except as permitted by law.

6. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up or on the pricing page. [Confirm billing cycle, taxes (GST), refund terms, and what happens on non-payment.] Payments are processed by Razorpay.

7. Third-party services

Houscade integrates with third parties (e.g. Razorpay, Digio, WhatsApp). Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. [Insert your limitation-of-liability clause — e.g. liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months — reviewed by counsel.] Houscade is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, or financial advice.

9. Termination

You may stop using Houscade and delete your account at any time (Settings → Danger zone). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legally required retention.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kochi, Kerala. [Confirm with counsel.]

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
